The Retail Summit 2019 preparations are running at full tilt

The Retail Summit, the largest meeting of retailers and suppliers of goods and services for the Czech and Slovak retail markets, is entering its 25th anniversary. It will take place from 4 to 6 February 2019 at the Clarion Congress Hotel in Prague.

Since the first Retail Summit, the Czech and Slovak retail markets have changed fundamentally. After the initial struggle for good locations, gradually the markets managed to get to the state where the focus on turnover is replaced by the focus on profit. And this is increasingly being achieved only with a perfect understanding customers and the delivery of the value they expect. The battle of retailers and manufacturers is shifting to the field of customer experience. In a plethora of similar goods and services, it's just a "customer experience" that decides whether the customer returns to the brand or the merchant and whether in the best case, he or she recommends it further.

Therefore, it is logical that the topic of the Retail Summit 2019 will be an intensive discussion on how to turn negative or neutral customer experience into a strong positive experience.

We will open our registration at the Retail Summit 2019 as usual at the beginning of September ( September 3, 2018 at 7am). But save the date and mark your calendar now, you cannot missed the event. And let us know if you have ideas about the Retail Summit Program 2019. We are currently working on it and finalizing negotiations with key partners.
