The program of the Jubilee 25th Retail Summit was published

Retail Summit 2019 that will take place on February 4 - 6, 2019, has published its detailed program. Its range and quality is a prove of a highly representative meeting of the most important players of the Czech and Slovak market.

The Jubilee 25th Year of this greatest professional and social event for retailers and their suppliers in CEE is dedicated to the topic of Customer Experience. The debate over how to shift from negative or neutral experience to a truly positive one will involve almost 120 of top personalities representing companies literally from A to Z / from Alza to Zebra.

In the program of Retail Summit 2019 there are represented all types of players, who are involved in building the future of Czech and Central European market, specifically:

Emphasis on both traditional and very innovative topics

Retail Summit 2019 will deal with a number of subtopics, relevant to the senior and middle management of retail companies and their suppliers of goods and services. In the main plenary and 13 parallel sessions attention will be given to cooperation between producers and retailers, human capital development, optimization of logistics, communication and sales in multichannel environment or implementation of new technologies. Particular accent will be given to the topic of digital transformation that is gaining a very specific outlines and brings a number of positive results.
