My role in Blue Events is to develop and co-ordinate the team that is striving to launch the high quality conferences and summits of various industries into the market.
In my work I most appreciate the fact that I can communicate with many different people both within and outside our company and bring them to joint collaboration. We do things we like, and co-operate with people that are close to us. We are able to tell true both to our partners, and to us ourselves. Although such frankness might sometimes seem unpleasant, it is the essence of fair relations, and a part of our success.

As one of the partners of Blue Events’ predecessor INCOMA Consult, I got specialized in conference business. Since 1995 I have worked on the launch of our most prestigious annual conference Retail Summit into the market, and I see to it till nowadays. My basic role is to care for our conferences to go ahead and develop, not losing their continuity and „soul“.
I love my work being very diversified and colourful. It enables me to meet new and new people, and at the same time to keep very good relations with the good old clients who care for it. And I am happy to be a member of the team where each of us has a very specific and irreplaceable role, and still we all are trying to help each other and seek to have pleasure in our work.

My main part within Blue Events is to look after having the right contact information about our clients, and to help with organization of events themselves. Time to time I also work as a storekeeper, archivist, courier, fleet manager or baby sitter …. :-)))
I am with this company since very long time … though due to its dynamics, I do not have any „burnout“ feelings. There is always something happening, so my work is very far from being stereotype or boring.

In Blue Events, I am in charge of co-operation with media, striving to ensure popularity and high repute of our events, and to achieve the maximum satisfaction of all conference involved persons, participants and speakers.
I am most satisfied when I read positive reactions and responses of our conferences participants, both in satisfaction questionnaires and in media. And I am also very pleased when I feel from an interview or mail communication with a speaker that he/she is honoured by the chance to speak namely at the conference organized by our company.

the most important part of my work is communication with clients. It is necessary to have a personal approach to every single one of them. I am trying to deal with the clients so they could see we are trying to fit everything we are doing for them to their needs. our mutual cooperation must bring the best possible results to them as well as to us.
Then there is work related to individual conferences - sometimes changes on the web, materials preparation, attendants registration... And sometimes i come to work with databases and invoices.

I came to Blue Events as an Assistant which means I am helping with everything needed. Among my main activities there belong translations between Czech and English and handling various administrative matters.
I am a detail woman and I like things to be done perfect and properly. I love to think about improvements during my work and I hate when I make mistakes and resent boredom. I feel comfortable when I can help people around me and the best reward for me is their satisfaction and mutually well-working relationships.

Now, during the maternity leave I work for Blue Events just externally – I try to support the whole team by phone consultancies. After my return back to work I am looking forward to solve again any demands regarding office management and contacts with our clients.
I like to communicate with people and take up challenges in the form of demanding organizational tasks. And the good feeling coming from their solving is above all feelings. I am happy to be a part of this company – it is a heart concern for me.
